Mamba Magnate Marketing is seeking dynamic Field Sales Agents to join our growing team in Mpumalanga. You will drive sales growth by engaging directly with clients in the field, building strong relationships, and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities include promoting products, identifying opportunities, and achieving targets, with an uncapped commission structure and ongoing training. Willingness to travel and relocate is required.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (field sales experience advantageous).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Must be 18-25 years old.
• Willing to travel/ relocate.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and services through face-to-face interactions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets.
• Provide valuable feedback from the field to improve customer experience.
