Moladira Skills is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive new business in the Gauteng area. You will engage with clients, present solutions, and close deals while building lasting relationships.

The role requires excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Travel within the territory and flexible hours are expected to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience from first engagement to order.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving mindset focused on customer outcomes.
• Familiar with CRM software and basic sales reporting.
• Holder of a valid driver's license and willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in designated territory.
• Visit clients on-site to present products and close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM.
• Provide feedback to sales teams on trends and market conditions.
• Flexible hours, including after hours and weekends.
