Moladira Skills is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will generate leads, meet clients on-site, present products, and close deals across a defined territory.

You should have proven field sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Provide excellent customer experience from first engagement to order.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door networking and referrals.
• Visit clients on-site to present products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Provide feedback to the sales teams on customer trends and market conditions.
• Flexible Hours: Being able to work after hours and weekends.
