The ideal candidate has proven field sales experience in FMCG, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel within Mossel Bay. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential, with CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing is advantageous.
• Proven experience in field sales within FMCG.
• CRM software and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets in Mossel Bay territory.
• Build and nurture relationships with retailers, store owners, managers and buyers.
• Promote and sell a wide range of FMCG products with optimal shelf placement.
