Qualifikationen

• Matric with HR or Business qualification.
• Own reliable vehicle is required.
• 2–5 years sales experience in TES industry is advantageous.
• Ensuring efficient order processing.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Providing administrative assistance.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask is essential.

Aufgaben

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and other lead generation strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop sales strategies and achieve team goals.
• Plan daily/weekly sales activities.
• Follow up with clients.
• Complete daily/weekly sales reports.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
