About the Role

This role is critical for the effective delivery of our services and programs within the community. You will lead a team of field staff, manage logistical operations, and ensure the quality and efficiency of all field activities. This position requires a strong presence in the field, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of operational challenges. Key Responsibilities
