About the Role

Our client, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to agricultural development and sustainability, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Operations Manager to join their team in Paarl . This role is critical for overseeing the effective execution of on-the-ground projects and initiatives within the community. You will be responsible for managing field staff, coordinating logistics, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, and fostering strong relationships with local farmers and stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of our programs and contributing to the economic upliftment of the Western Cape region.

Key Responsibilities
