Placements24 is seeking an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day field activities in the Upington area within the oil and gas sector. You will guide a team of field technicians and operators, ensuring safe, efficient operations aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.

You will monitor performance, implement improvements, and mentor staff to achieve production targets while maintaining a strong safety culture on remote sites with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications
