Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Family Support Officer to join its Community & Social Care team in Pretoria. You will work directly with families in the community, providing guidance, resources, and practical assistance to improve family well‑being.

The role requires a National Diploma or Degree in Social Work or related field, at least two years of experience in family support, and strong communication with diverse families.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in family support, child welfare, or community development.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse families in Pretoria.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the community.
