Job summary

• Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department; guest service delivered to high standards.
• Proactively improves guest satisfaction and comfort; responds to guest inquiries promptly.
• Supports delivery of plans and objectives for food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets.
• Supervises the team; fosters growth, development and performance within the department.
• Maintains effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Supports departmental programmes that boost service standards, profitability and cost control.
• Ensures adherence to legislation and due diligence with audit-ready documentation.
