• Supports the safe and secure operation of the department to the highest levels.
• Delivers prompt, positive responses to guest inquiries and safety concerns.
• Implements and achieves safety and security objectives and hotel targets.
• Oversees maintenance teams and fosters growth, development and performance.
• Manages departmental budget, costs, inventory, productivity and performance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
• Executes planned preventative maintenance addressing maintenance, environment and conservation matters.
• Ensures compliance with legislation and best practices for audits.
