Job summary

The Capital Hotels is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Conferencing and Functions, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. You will be second-in-command to the F&B Manager and lead service excellence with a hands-on approach.

Requirements include Matric and hospitality qualification, 1–2 years F&B supervisory experience, and strong communication. Relocation costs are the applicant's responsibility if outside the city where the hotel is located.
