Job summary

The Capital Hotels is seeking an F&B Supervisor to oversee daily operations across the Restaurant, Bar and Room Service, with a focus on front-of-house excellence. You will back the F&B Manager and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service with dignity and integrity.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality qualifications, Matric, and proven leadership and problem-solving abilities under pressure. Relocation is at your own expense if applicable.

• Matric and hospitality qualification required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise front-of-house & back-of-house activities.
