Job summary

The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts in Sandton is seeking a hands-on F&B Supervisor to coordinate daily operations across Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Conferencing.

You will report to the F&B Manager, lead by example, and ensure guest service excellence with calm under pressure. Applicants should have Matric, hospitality qualification, and 1–2 years supervisory experience in food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• supervise and coordinate the daily activities for the Restaurant, Bar/s, Room Service, Conferencing and Functions at the Hotel
• focus on supervision and front of house operations
• second-in-charge to the F&B Manager and run F&B operations in the absence of the F&B Manager
