Job summary

The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts seeks an Assistant Complex F&B Manager to supervise daily F&B operations across Restaurant, Room Service, Conferencing and Functions. You will act as second in command to the F&B Manager and lead front-of-house and admin tasks in their absence.

Ideal candidates have Matric and a Hospitality Management Qualification, with 2-3 years in Assistant F&B Management and strong wine knowledge. Team leadership and customer-service excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric required; hospitality qualification preferred.
• Hospitality Management Qualification is preferred.
• 2-3 years in Assistant F&B Management.
• Experience in restaurant management is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine required.
• Proven staff management experience with large teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all day-to-day F&B operations for Restaurant, Room Service, Conferencing and Functions.
• Take lead in front-of-house and administration tasks as second in charge to the F&B Manager.
• Ensure service standards align with The Capital Hotels’ brand and guest expectations.
