As second-in-charge to the F&B Manager, you will coordinate staff, ensure service standards, and manage guest expectations with professionalism and warmth.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Hospitality qualification or equivalent is required.
• Hands-on problem solving and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication and active listening skills.

• Effective communication with staff and hotel guests.
