Job summary

Protea Hotels by Marriott is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Operations Manager at our Arcadia, Pretoria property. You will oversee guest and employee satisfaction, maintain service standards, and drive financial performance in a full-service hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in F&B management, proven leadership, and a commitment to exceptional service. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities within the Protea Hotels by Marriott network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area in a hotel.
• OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area in a hotel.
