Protea Hotels by Marriott® is seeking a Full Time, non-management team member for Food and Beverage & Culinary operations at Summit Place Precinct, 221 Garsfontein Road, Menlyn, Pretoria, South Africa VIEW ON MAP. The role requires diligently performing closing duties, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods and cleaning equipment.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas; maintain cleanliness of china, glass, and silver.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Welcome guests with professional language and maintain positive team relationships.
