Job summary

Protea Hotels by Marriott® is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Manager responsible for all F&B operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service. You will oversee guest and employee satisfaction, maintain standards, and help develop and implement the business plan for F&B.

You will lead budgeting, staffing, and service delivery to achieve financial and service goals while ensuring compliance with laws and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year degree in related field preferred with 2+ years in food & beverage.
• Proven leadership and budgeting experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages budgets for Food & Beverage departments.
• Leads and supervises F&B team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Maintains guest satisfaction and compliance with standards and legal regulations.
• Drives continuous improvement and top service quality across all outlets.

Education
