Responsibilities

• Supports the smooth running of the F&B department, delivering guest service at the highest levels.
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and responds to inquiries.
• Delivers plans and objectives where F&B initiatives and hotel targets are achieved.
• Manages the F&B team fostering growth, development and performance.
• Responsible for the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Delivers programs that advance service standards, profitability and cost control.
• Ensures adherence to legislation and audit requirements; follows up as needed.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
