Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage management within hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth in F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on staff development and performance.
• Excellent understanding of F&B trends, menu engineering, and wine/spirit knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high service standards.
• Manage and train a diverse F&B team, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
