Responsibilities

• Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, delivering guest service at the highest levels.
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, responding to guest enquiries.
• Delivers plans and objectives for F&B initiatives and hotel targets.
• Manages the F&B team with a culture of growth, development and performance.
• Responsible for the departmental budget, cost and inventory control, productivity and performance.
• Accountable for ensuring costs and inventory are controlled, productivity and performance levels attained.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
• Delivers programs that advance service standards, profitability and cost control.
• Ensures adherence to legislation and due diligence for audits.
