Job summary

FirstRand Bank is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor Lead to drive sales performance within the KwaZulu-Natal oThongathi region. You will build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service while meeting individual targets and supporting a superior customer experience.

You will apply established sales processes, manage end-to-end client engagements, and contribute to team success by achieving objectives and exploring innovative value-added solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Completed FSCA-recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 qualification or higher.
• Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.

Responsibilities

• Apply established sales processes within the area to achieve targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management by engaging with clients, facilitating applications, and supporting credit processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and application procedures to drive sales targets.
• Identify market opportunities by monitoring trends and competitor activity to grow the client portfolio.
• Retrieve qualified leads and contact existing or new customers to generate sales.
