Job summary

FNB is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor Lead to drive sales by applying established processes within the KwaZulu-Natal region. You will build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to the team's success by meeting objectives and supporting a superior customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have FSCA FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification or higher and completed First Level Regulatory Examination.

Responsibilities

• Apply sales processes to achieve targets within area.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through service delivery.
• Drive end-to-end client management from engagement to post-sale queries.
