Job summary

FNB South Africa is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver tailored financial solutions and exceptional service in a fast-paced banking environment. You will drive sales, manage client relationships, and ensure compliant, end-to-end processing of applications from contact to closing the deal.

The role emphasizes understanding market needs, cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining expert knowledge of product offerings, procedures, and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• FSCA recognised FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification required.
• First Level Regulatory Examination completed.
• Experience in banking sales and delivering client-focused solutions helpful.

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management: engage, facilitate application, coordinate with credit and internal teams, close deals and handle post-sale queries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, application procedures, processing timelines, and governance requirements.
