FNB is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor in Durban to deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding client needs and offering tailored banking solutions. The role focuses on building relationships, driving sales targets, and managing the end-to-end application process for clients.

You will assess market needs, cross-sell products, and maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and procedures to support portfolio growth while complying with governance and audit requirements.

Formación

• Must have FSCA FAIS qualification or higher.
• Must have completed First Level Regulatory Examination.
• Knowledge of banking products and client needs is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Apply appropriate sales processes within the area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management, including coordinating application processes and post-sales follow-up.
• Identify, contact and convert qualified leads to generate sales opportunities.
• Cross-sell banking products to expand the portfolio with existing and new clients.
• Stay compliant with governance, legislation and audit requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor information to identify opportunities.
