Job summary

FNB in Durban seeks an External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver tailored banking solutions and exceptional service. You will manage the end-to-end client journey, achieve sales targets, and strengthen relationships through proactive, value-driven engagement.

You will handle lead generation, application facilitation, and post-sale support while complying with NCA governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• FSCA FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification is required.
• First Level Regulatory Examination is required.
• Experience applying sales processes to achieve targets and build client relationships.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end client management and cross-sell opportunities within the banking portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management, from engagement to application and post-sale queries.
