• Servicing and managing an existing customer base
• Continually adding new customers and expanding business within the assigned area and broader regions, if required
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
• Proactively following up on current projects, quotations, and orders
• Expediting orders and providing regular progress feedback to customers
• Working closely with internal sales and production teams to ensure smooth operational flow
• Providing structured feedback via sales reports, including customer activity, opportunities, and market trends
