Job summary

Staff Unlimited Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to cover the Rustenburg area, including Marikana, Suncity/Pilansberg and Mooinooi. You will build and maintain a robust customer base, generate sales from existing clients and attract new ones, while actively tracking market trends and product knowledge.

The role requires a matric, preferably a marketing/business qualification, 3-5 years sales experience, own vehicle, and strong skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Matric certificate.
• Qualification in Marketing, Business or related (Advantageous).
• 3-5 years Sales Rep experience.
• Own vehicle.
• Computer literacy essential: Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a database of customers in a specific area.
• Generate sales at existing customers and bring in new customers.
• Be proactive in anticipating trends at the customer and in the marketplace.
• Develop a knowledge of the product and become an expert in the field.
• Ensure administration is up to date by completing weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
• Achieve sales budgets on a consistent basis.
• Establish relationships internally with all departments that support sales.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain excellent customer relationships.
