Job summary

Premier FMCG is seeking an Assistant Export Co-ordinator to support compliant export operations from MIDRAND, South Africa. The role involves coordinating HS codes, pre-shipment inspections, and pre-export verifications while ensuring customs compliance and accurate documentation.

You will work closely with the food safety and regulatory teams to meet country-specific requirements and support global expansion goals.

Qualifications

• Export and customs clearance coordination experience (4–6 years)
• Administrative skills with strong data entry
• B-Tech Degree in Administration and/or Supply Chain Management required

Responsibilities

• Apply accurate HS codes to identify products for customs clearance
• Coordinate pre-shipment inspections with regulators and verification entities
• Organise pre-export verification of conformity applications
• Prepare and submit customs documentation with clearing agents per Customs and Excise Act
• Maintain product master data in Process Assist system linked to SARS
