USN SA - Ultimate Sports Nutrition is seeking an Export Documentation Clerk to accurately prepare and verify export documents for on-time international shipments. The role requires attention to detail and solid knowledge of export packing standards.

You will liaise with Export Supervisor, Finance, freight forwarders and clearing agents, while maintaining digital and physical filing and updating shipment trackers. Grade 12 preferred with 2–3 years warehouse checking experience.

• 2–3 years warehouse checking experience; export experience advantageous.
• Must have knowledge of export packing standards and documentation.
• Basic WMS and batch/lot traceability knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and compile export documentation (Invoicing, packing lists, dispatch pack).
• Ensure documentation accuracy in line with Incoterms, SARS, and country-specific requirements.
• Verify batch, expiry, quantities, and product descriptions against WMS and invoices.
• Liaise with Export Supervisor, Finance, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
• Submit documentation within required timelines to avoid shipment delays.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical filing of export documentation.
• Update export trackers and shipment status reports.
• Support export audits and compliance checks.
• Assist with export queries and document re-issues where required.
• Support the Export checking team verify export orders against WMS, packing lists, and customer/export requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping and document control standards.
• Carry out all reasonable and lawful instructions as issued by Supervisors and management.

To accurately prepare, verify, and control all export documentation to ensure compliant, on-time international shipments in line with company SOPs, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile export documentation (Invoicing, packing lists, dispatch pack)
