Fouche & Co Recruitment is seeking an experienced Export Administrator in KwaZulu-Natal, Hillcrest to manage end-to-end export operations. You will coordinate budgets, sales orders, and purchase orders through to shipment, ensuring accurate live trade positions and up-to-date ERP records.

The role requires 3–5 years in export/admin, proficiency with Letters of Credit, strong Excel skills, and effective communication with international customers.

Competenze

• Matric plus a diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Commerce or related field
• 3–5 years' experience in export administration or trade operations
• Hands-on experience with Letters of Credit and shipping line coordination
• Advanced Excel and experience in order management or ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
• Clear, professional communication with international customers, agents and service providers

Remuneration

R 40 000 - R60 000
