Description
The successful candidate will provide professional, efficient and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Divisional Executive: Corporate Services. The role includes managing the Executive’s diary, meetings, travel, documents, records, stakeholder engagements and office governance processes. The successful candidate will report directly to the Divisional Executive: Corporate Services.

Requirements
A post Matric Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Office Administration or a related field. A Bachelor’s Degree in Administration will be advantageous A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ office management, personal assistant, executive secretarial or senior administrative experience. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning, organising and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and customer service skills.
