You will conduct full-cycle searches, map markets, assess candidates and present insights to clients while maintaining utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in executive search or high-level recruitment; mining focus preferred.
• Strong track record placing CEOs, COOs, VP Operations or Exploration Directors.
• Deep knowledge of mining operations, geology, engineering and related disciplines.
• Excellent networking, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced research, market intelligence and candidate engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle executive searches for senior roles in mining and resources.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates, including C-suite.
• Build and maintain a wide network within the mining sector.
• Perform comprehensive candidate assessments and reference checks.
• Map the market and conduct competitive intelligence research.
• Present candidate profiles with strategic insights to clients.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high-quality service.
