• Proven success closing complex executive-level searches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct executive search assignments for senior management and C-suite positions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
• Present a curated shortlist of highly qualified candidates to clients.
• Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth transition for placed executives.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop deep market intelligence within specialized industry sectors.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and expand the client base.
• Adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Mentor junior consultants and share expertise in executive search.
