Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Field Operations Manager to lead field service teams around Randburg. You will optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and field activities to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires proven leadership, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a hands-on approach to improving field performance. A relevant degree and 5+ years experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in field operations management or a related service delivery role.
• Proven experience managing mobile or field-based teams.
• Strong understanding of service scheduling and dispatch software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct daily field operations, ensuring efficient resource deployment and service delivery.
• Manage, train, and motivate field service technicians to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and implement effective scheduling and dispatching processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all field activities.
• Monitor field service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
