The role requires 5–7 years in executive search, strong assessment skills, and the ability to manage relationships with senior decision-makers across industries. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in executive search or retained recruitment, focusing on senior leadership placements.
• Proven track record of completing complex searches for C-suite and senior management roles.
• Extensive professional network within relevant industries and executive circles.
• Exceptional assessment, interviewing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand intricate organizational dynamics.
• Postgraduate degree in Business, Psychology, or related field is highly preferred.
