Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
• 10 years of progressive mining management experience, 5+ years in senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all mine operations including production, maintenance and technical services.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet production targets and safety objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Manage mine budget, optimize resources, and achieve financial targets.
• Foster continuous improvement, innovation and employee engagement.
• Liaise with corporate management, regulators and local communities.
