Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering required.
• MBA or related management qualification desirable.
• Minimum 10 years mining experience, incl. 5 in senior role.
• Underground platinum mining experience essential.
• Strong leadership and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mining operations to meet production targets.
• Develop strategic plans, budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regs.
• Lead, mentor and develop mining teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with regulators, communities and contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve safety.
