Placements24 is seeking a Lead Industrial Engineer for a major Richards Bay facility. This on-site role directs a multidisciplinary team, shaping manufacturing and logistics systems to boost productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

You will develop strategic plans, oversee complex projects from conception to completion, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving innovation across operations. A Master's in IE and 10+ years of progressive experience with leadership are required.
