Qualifications

• 10+ years in Food & Beverage management, incl. 5+ years in director roles

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all F&B operations with focus on catering and banqueting
• Develop strategic plans to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
• Create innovative banquet/conference menus aligned with trends and client needs
• Manage budgets, P&L, inventory, and cost controls to hit financial targets
• Lead and develop F&B teams, ensuring service excellence
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and liquor regulations
• Build supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms for quality products
• Oversee execution of all catered events with seamless service and presentation
• Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to stay competitive
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coach team members
