• Formal culinary qualification from a reputable institution.

• Strong knowledge of various cuisines.
• Experience in managing kitchen budgets, controlling costs, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Klerksdorp, North West.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations for corporate catering, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
