Placements24 is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director for a premier hotel/casino in Klerksdorp, North West. The role oversees multiple outlets including restaurants, bars, banqueting and in-room dining, with strategic oversight from a remote location and essential on-site direction.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in F&B with 3–5 years at director level, strong financial management, and deep knowledge of culinary trends, wine, and spirits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience.
• 3–5 years in a Director-level role in a large hotel/resort.
• Experience managing multi-outlet F&B operations (fine dining, casual dining, banqueting, bars).
• Strong budgeting, P&L, and cost-control experience.
• Proven leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all F&B operations to profitability and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for all F&B outlets.
• Oversee menu development, pricing, and quality control with chefs and F&B managers.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Enhance guest experience through service standards and training programs.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
