Responsibilities

• Sales & Growth Leadership: Own end-to-end security sales lifecycle from pipeline origination through deal closure.
• Lead security account planning and embed security revenue into account growth plans.
• Originate and drive large security deals including business case and value development.
• Act as trusted security advisor to C-suite and Board stakeholders.
• Engage CIO, CISO, CRO and senior executives.
• Translate cyber risk into measurable business outcomes.
• Shape cybersecurity roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Lead security solutioning with architects and delivery teams.
• Ensure commercial, delivery and risk alignment.
• Govern pursuit execution and deal quality.
• Mentor and coach sales and pre-sales talent.
• Contribute to practice growth and security eminence.
