Placements24 in Rustenburg is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan, organize and execute diverse events from conception to completion, ensuring client objectives are met in a fast-paced environment.

You will liaise with clients, vendors and internal teams, develop run sheets and timelines, manage budgets, and deliver memorable experiences for a range of high-profile events in Rustenburg.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and vendor negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
