Placements24 is seeking an Event Sales Executive for a renowned Soweto venue in Gauteng, delivering bookings for corporate functions, weddings and private events. You will identify leads, conduct site visits, present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.

The role requires a proven sales background in events/hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to manage client relationships end-to-end from inquiry to booking confirmation.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality/events/venue management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of event planning processes and requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for events at the venue.
• Conduct venue tours and showcase spaces to prospective clients.
• Develop and present customized proposals and quotations for events.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
• Collaborate with Events Management team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution.
• Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
• Represent the venue at industry events and networking functions.
