Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in event sales and management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with event management software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate and private event bookings.
• Conduct venue tours and tailor proposals to client budgets and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize profitability.
• Plan and manage all event logistics, vendor coordination, catering, AV and on-site management.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships with exceptional service throughout the planning process and post-event.
