Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Event Catering Supervisor to join their Durban team. You will lead on-site catering staff, coordinate setup, service and breakdown, and liaise with clients to ensure exceptional guest experiences across a range of events.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. You will ensure safety and quality, adapt to flexible hours including evenings and holidays, and contribute to a collaborative, dynamic work

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within catering or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of event service standards and food & beverage operations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in hospitality events.
