DevologyX is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative to join our Cape Town team. You will drive lead generation, manage outbound outreach across channels, and nurture client relationships while contributing to the growth of our recruitment services in the European market.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential leads through various research methods, including networking events, social media, and other channels.
• Drive Outbound Outreach through sophisticated Multi-Channel Sales Approaches (warm/cold calling, LinkedIn, video messaging, email, etc.)
• Cold / Warm Calling: We believe the phone is not dead, it may be harder, but we’ll equip you with killer skills to close clients.
• Be a brand champion and educate prospective clients on the value proposition of DevologyX.
• Objection Handling: Address and overcome potential objections, concerns or rejections from prospective Clients.
• CRM Management: Diligently record and update lead, prospect, and client information in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and relevancy.
