Job summary

The Talent Room (Recruitment Solutions South Africa) is seeking a property sales professional for George to prospect, list and market residential properties. You will conduct viewings and valuations, manage buyers and sellers through transactions, and negotiate offers.

Applicants must have estate agency experience and a valid PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate, with a reliable vehicle and laptop. Strong communication, prospecting, negotiation skills and the ability to work independently are

• Experience in estate agency is essential.
• PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) is essential.
• Good knowledge of the George property market.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid license.
• Own laptop.
• Strong communication, prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Proven sales ability and ability to work independently.
• NQF Level 4 or PPRA qualification.

• Prospect for and secure new property listings.
• Market and sell residential properties.
• Conduct property viewings and market - related property valuations.
• Manage buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.
• Negotiate offers and conclude sales.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and referral sources.
• Provide professional market advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Previous estate agency experience is essential.
• Valid PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) is essential.
• Good knowledge of the George and surrounding property market.
• Own reliable vehicle & Valid license.
• Own laptop.
• Strong communication, prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Proven sales ability and able to work independently.
• NQF Level 4 or other applicable PPRA Qualification.
